We all love a good laugh, expecially this time of year, where all joyous. Plus laughing is good for you! Laughing alone is a great workout, and thats just fantastic. See what it does is tightens and works your muscle in your stomach. Also laughing and being happy leads to a longer lived life. So I did some youtube searching and found a funny video. Just a little something that can brighten a day, and get us on track to being fit and happy.
