Take some time just for you..


Sometimes life just gets a little too overwhelming & we need a break! Some time just for you and a time to lay back and forget about your worries and quit stressing just a little.

Here are some ways to calm yourself:

-Take a warm bubble bath , make sure it's not too warm though, too much heat isn't good.

-Take a walk, a little exercise never hurt anyone, its actually a great way to feel better. Find a peaceful spot and just take in nature.

-Turn on your i-pod, to some relaxing music of course, nothing negative ,maybe just some instrumental music.

-Turn your eating habits around! Junk food really isn't good for you, its pretty true you are what you eat...so all those hamburgers consumed may be one of the reasons you aren't feeling too good! Make yourself a smoothie, or snack on some fruits and veggies, blueberries actually have something in them that calms and relaxes you. So be creative and healthy.

-A good old nap could really rejuvenate you , not a nap that takes up your whole day,but about a half an hour could really help you feel better! Too much sleep can also make you feel worse, so balance it out!
